After considering many options, the couple agreed to purchase a property at another subdivision. However, before the actual purchase was made, Randy found himself driving to Sta. Rosa one morning, alone and without Nina’s

“It was very breezy that morning. I immediately liked the aura, the ambience of the place,” Randy recalls.
Soon after, Randy would bring in Nina to see the place for herself. It was love at first sight for both of them. They were
also pleasantly surprised to discover that the property was not as expensive as they thought
it would be. The decision to buy a property in South Forbes came pretty fast for the couple. It just took them a whole week
to decide.
